Kramer writes that she's overjoyed to form a family of four, and in the post, she name mentions two medications that helped her with tracking her fertility and easing her morning sickness. It's been a tough road, medically and emotionally, for Kramer to get pregnant with her second child. Kramer revealed she endured five miscarriages, two of which were chemical losses, before she was able to announce the happy news of her second child on the way.

Kramer and Caussin married in 2015, but news of Caussin's infidelity spread, causing the two to separate and Caussin to seek help in rehab. The pair decided to work on their marriage, get back together and even renew their wedding vows.

Mike Caussin, 31, is known for his former NFL career where he played as a tight end for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Buffalo Bills and the Washington Redskins. He was put on injured reserve the same month he began dating Kramer after they connected through Twitter.

Jana Kramer, 34, found notoriety for her singing and acting skills. Most famously, she played Alex Dupre on One Tree Hill. She also held her own on the Dancing With the Stars stage, earning a fourth-place finish on the show's 23rd season. She began her country music career in 2012 with the release of her record Jana Kramer, followed by her 2015 album Thirty One. She made the country charts with two of her biggest hits, "Why Ya Wanna" and "I Got the Boy".
