In 2009, country music's biggest stars gathered in Las Vegas for George Strait: ACM Artist of the Decade All Star Concert. Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Brooks and Dunn, Dierks Bentley and a bevy of other A-listers put their spin on Strait's biggest hits.
One of the most memorable tributes was Jamey Johnson and Lee Ann Womack's duet of Strait's 2007 hit "Give It Away". Johnson, Bill Anderson and Buddy Cannon co-wrote the song, which won a CMA award in 2007. Womack is a close friend of Strait's, and you can see how happy he was to hear her lend her talents to the song. The combination of Johnson's smoky vocals and Womack's soaring voice made for a stunning performance, which put a big smile on Strait's face as he watched from the best seat in the house.
