Jake Owen and his girlfriend Erica Hartlein will welcome a new baby in 2019. The couple made the announcement on ABC's I'm Coming Home special on Thursday (Nov. 22).
During the special, Owen made the announcement while visiting his family in Vero Beach, Florida.
"This'll throw you guys for a loop," Owen said on the special. "(We) haven't told anyone, but Erica and I will be having a little addition to our Owen family."
People reports that the baby will be due in late spring or early summer of next year.
This will be Owen and Hartlein's first child together. Owen has a daughter, six-year-old Olive Pearl, from a previous marriage.

Owen released his latest single "Down to the Honkytonk" over the summer. The singer released his most recent album, American Love, in 2016.
The country star is currently on USA's country music singing competition Real Country. The show began with 21 contestants in total, split up into teams coached by Shania Twain, Travis Tritt and Owen.
On Dec. 8, Owen will perform a benefit concert in his hometown of Vero Beach, Fla. for his Jake Owen Foundation, a non-profit which helps people in need at a local level. The organization was founded in 2010 to provide financial support for children battling cancer and other childhood diseases.
