Six months after this travel influencer allegedly killed a grandmother in a car crash, he was found dead just before his trial. They discovered 33-year-old Garrett Bruno's body on Wednesday morning in Mount Dora, Florida, according to the Daily Mail.

The man's trial was on the horizon after they charged him with second-degree murder. 83-year-old Esther Abouab passed away in West Hollywood last October after Bruno T-boned this grandmother's vehicle. Bruno allegedly ran a red light, speeding in a 25mph zone and crashing into her Ford Expedition with his Ford Explorer.
Travel Influencer Found Dead Before Trial For Murder
The seriousness of Bruno's crimes is lofty. While Abouab died of blunt force trauma at the scene, her husband Joe survived but with severe injuries. Abouab is actually Greg Morris's mother, who is a restauranteur in Hollywood.
Before his death, the influencer was on bail while awaiting his murder trial. We don't yet know of his cause of death, but some clues lead to what it could've been. Not too long after leaving the hospital post-crash, Bruno fell off a scooter and broke his jaw.
Then, nine days after the collision, the outlet photographed Bruno snorting drugs outside of his home in West Hollywood. He later revealed on his Instagram account to his followers that the substance was prescribed ketamine.
Can you believe that six days after his scooter accident, he suffered from a second one? This time, he cracked his skull, leading to suspicions that he could've been under the influence while using the scooter. This accident was a lot more serious, though, as he was taken to a Beverly Hills hospital in a coma.
The authorities only found out about his hospitalization after attempting to raid his home on November 15. In their efforts to arrest him for Abouab's murder, they realized he was in a coma at the hospital.
Once the influencer came back to consciousness in late December, the cops took him to a jail in Los Angeles. After his arraignment in the new year, he was on bail, and then later died for unknown reasons.
Bruno ran the account @garrett.travels and earned over 60,000 followers. His last post was on October 10, the same day as the crash. The influencer shared a photo of him talking to a friend with the caption "Probably talking politics." Based on his saved Instagram stories, he had spoken openly about being a Donald Trump supporter.
