Video Premiere: Ida Mae's Yearning 'My Girl is a Heartbreak'

Nashville-based husband and wife duo Ida Mae sings of burning desire and longing for a wild spirit on the bluesy "My Girl is a Heartbreak," from their recently released album Chasing Lights.

In a live performance of the song, the duo captures the intensity of the fiery song.

"We filmed this cut of 'My Girl Is a Heartbreak' in a derelict 16th century church in the Norfolk countryside with the help of our good friends," Ida Mae tells Wide Open Country. "We did two live takes and ultimately chose the first one!"

Ida Mae performed at Bonnaroo last month. The duo recently wrapped a U.S. tour supporting rock band Greta Van Fleet. The also shared the stage with Southern rockers Blackberry Smoke earlier this year.
