Perez Hilton has been rushed to the hospital. The celebrity blogger recently shared a video online in which he appears to self-harm.

"Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office confirmed to Page Six Tuesday night they'd received "multiple calls" of "an individual livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media" and dispatched deputies to investigate," Page Six reports.
After Hilton had been taken to the hospital, the. Miami-Dade County Sheriff's provided a short statement on the situation.
"The individual has been safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention," the statement said, via Page Six. "The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Crisis Response Unit and Licensed Mental Health Professionals are also on scene providing support and resources to the individual's family."
Hilton's representatives have also issued a statement regarding the situation.
"At this time, we have not been able to make direct contact with him, despite our ongoing efforts to reach him," they added. "Our primary concern is Perez's health and well-being, as well as the well-being of his family. Until we have confirmed information, we will not speculate or comment further."
Currently, there's no further information regarding Hilton's medical situation or what led to the incident that circulated online.
Perez Hilton Was Hospitalized in March
In March 2026, Hilton was taken to the hospital, where he spent three weeks. He'd reportedly taken flu medication on an empty stomach. He's since addressed that incident with his fans via a YouTube video.
"My stupidity landed me in the hospital for 21 days. It was the worst and best thing that's ever happened to me," he explained.
During the video, Hilton detailed the situation. He noted that he'd had the flu for around a week, which led him to take some medication. Unfortunately for him, he took said medication on an empty stomach. Ultimately, that mistake led to him developing a stomach ulcer, which then perforated and led to sepsis.
Hopefully, Hilton is getting the help and care he currently needs and has the necessary support system in place so that he can make a full recovery in the months to come.
