The tour is set to commence in June 2026, with the first date set for Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Guess Who will also play dates in Chicago, Boston, Detroit, Atlanta and Los Angeles. There will likely be some smaller markets on the list, too.
"Randy and I are incredibly grateful that our music has endured all these years. Knowing that people still want to hear these songs live means everything to us, and when we go out on stage, our goal is to truly honor the music." Burton Cummings, lead singer, said in a statement.
Burton continued by sharing his excitement over teaming back up with long-time bandmate Randy Bachman ahead of their tour.
"I'm really excited about reuniting with Burton and touring again as The Guess Who. We created an amazing body of work together, along with memories that have lasted for decades, and those songs are still as strong as ever. I can't wait to sing them with everyone very soon."
The Guess Who Remain a Highly Popular Band
The Guess Who dropped their first album in 1969. Their last release came in 2018, via "The Future Is What It Used To Be."
Despite the group's likely aging fanbase, they're still a popular band on streaming platforms. According to Spotify, they're pulling in close to 1.4 million streams per month. "American Woman" is by far the band's most-streamed song on the platform, being streamed over 148 million times.
"These Eyes" is also a strong performer, having been streamed over 80 million times. "No Sugar Tonight" and "No Time" have both got tens of millions of streams, too.
Importantly, these numbers are only based on Spotify. They will be significantly higher once allowing for Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube and the like.
As such, The Guess Who can likely expect some decent-sized audiences on their upcoming tour. Fans will be happy to see them back in the United States, especially as this may be the last time it happens.
