For only $900, you can pay for the privilege of helping JoJo Siwa set up her upcoming live tour. You'd never catch me paying that. I mean it's far too low, what a steal, right?

The legendary "Karma" singer (who made waves last year for aggressively existing like an invasive digital species) is going on tour next year, and her fans can pay her extra to help out behind the scenes.
In all honesty, what she's offering is pretty cool. I just have a problem accepting that she has fans. Let alone ones willing to part with almost a thousand of their dollars. Well, their parents' dollars, anyway.
The other day, Siwa posted to her Instagram to announce her tour. It'll be starting in July and run for around a month. She also sat down with Access Hollywood to chat about the tour, where she touched on the whole 'free-labor-from-her-child-fans' thing.
The "most exclusive" VIP package for her tour allows fans to come while Siwa and her team are "loading in the show."
"You're gonna get to kinda like help us set it up and make sure things are right and test out the drum with me or the DJ booth with me," she excitedly explained.
The website spills more details about what the "Dream Guest" VIP package entails. Fans will get to help with the song selection, sound checking, and many other benefits.
Fans Can Help JoJo Siwa Set Up Her Live Shows
I understand that I am not the target audience for JoJo Siwa, but I can see the appeal here. But $900? Imagine how many [units] of [your favorite alcoholic beverage] you could buy with that.
The only way I can see this as being worth the money is if the kids can label this as work experience on their future CVs. These days, I'm sure many would happily part with $900 for work experience alone. It's hard out there, man.
That way the concert would be a nice bonus to the investment made in their future. Although it's a JoJo Siwa concert, so they may not stick around.
