Zippers line just about every article of clothing we wear. They also tend to break from time to time, so it's good to know how to fix a zipper, whatever the issue might be. Luckily, they're much easier to fix than you might think.
The biggest issue most people face with zippers is the slider getting stuck. Usually, it's just fabric caught in the teeth, but how can one fix it if it's not? Rubbing the tip of a graphite pencil on the teeth under the slider can help, or another type of lubricant. What if the zipper teeth are opening up from the bottom while the zipper is at the top? A pencil can again do the trick here, too.
