Bruce Campbell revealed earlier this year that he was diagnosed with "a type of cancer that's 'treatable,'" but not "curable."

"The current thing is a five-year deal," he told Adam Carolla on his podcast earlier this month.
But the Evil Dead actor isn't taking his prognosis lying down. Instead, he's going down singing. Campbell shared a song he wrote about living with the disease. We have the details below.
Bruce Campbell Wrote a Song
Campbell posted a lyric video of the song he wrote on X. Titled "Hey, Cancer," he wrote in the post's caption that he dedicates it "to anyone who has ever had to deal with it. Go down swingin'!"
The track is actually a country tune, something similar to what Toby Keith would have written in the early 2000s. And while we're 98% sure the vocals aren't Bruce, the lyrics are specific to his current situation.
As the new real sets in deep
The reflections start anew
Is this gonna finish me off?
When there's so much left to do?
Where's the silver lining?
What's the takeaway?
Is there any good news
At the end of the day?
