It's official: Mickey Rourke has been evicted from the Los Angeles home he once rented.

Eric T. Goldie, the landlord of the property once occupied by the 73-year-old actor, is in control of the home on Drexel Avenue.
As reported by Page Six, the judgment was entered by default on Monday, March 9, in Los Angeles Superior Court. That means it was likely that Rourke did not appear or respond to the complaint before a court deadline.
The order was for "possession" of the residence, not for any damages.
What Happened to Mickey Rourke?
Earlier this year, we reported that the Iron Man 2 star was facing eviction from his three-bedroom rental because of nearly $60,000 in unpaid rent. Rourke leased the 1,600-square-foot home in March for $5,200 monthly. The rent was later raised to $7,000.
Court documents show he received a three-day notice in mid-December telling him to pay or leave his Los Angeles home. He "ended up failing to comply." Goldie was seeking back rent, attorney fees, and forfeiture of the rental agreement.
Rourke rented the home before he began taking legal action against the reality show Celebrity Big Brother UK over a pay dispute that happened after he appeared on the show.
Someone Set Up A GoFundMe for Rourke
As news of the Academy Award nominee's troubles began to spread, a woman named Liya-Joelle Jones, who described herself as the assistant to Rourke's manager, Kimberly Hines, set up a GoFundMe to support him.
Rourke then went on Instagram to tell people not to donate to the fundraiser, calling the situation "embarrassing."
"That's not me," he said. "If I needed money I wouldn't ask for no f***ing money. I'd rather stick a gun up my a— and pull the trigger!"
While admitting to borrowing from friends, Rourke insisted he'd "never ask strangers or fans or anybody for a nickel."
Rourke then checked into a West Hollywood hotel with his dog. It's been reported that the rooms start at $550 a night. He later told fans that his attorney is trying to return the money donated to the GoFundMe.
Since then, Rourke has received multiple job offers but has not accepted any.
