HGTV's 'Property Brothers' Have Gone Country

Drew and Johnathan Scott, stars of HGTV's Property Brothers are trying their hand at country music. The twin brother duo who is best known for breaking down walls and transforming fix-uppers into dream homes recently debuted the music video for their new song "Hold On".

The brothers made a trip to Nashville where they co-wrote the song along with Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson. It's a heartfelt message about the power of love in distance and always finding your home. The video interprets the lyrics perfectly, alternating between flashes of the brothers in a Nashville barn and  loved ones being reunited.

"I think the story really does resonate with a lot of different people," Drew told Entertainment Tonight.

Though their musical talents may come as a surprise to most, it seems as though it's been a long time coming for the Scotts.

"Music has just always been part of our lives, something we're passionate about. We grew up on a ranch where most weekend nights ended in us all around the campfire, with our dad, playing guitar," the Scotts said in an interview with Hollywood Reporter.

Both "Hold On" and another single by the brothers, "Let The Night Shine In" were debuted on a special episode of the Property Brothers titled Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch. A video for the second single is due out soon.

Fans can find both songs on iTunes under their official band name, The Scott Brothers.
