My HelloFresh Review
This week I specifically chose three HelloFresh meals with the "Quick & Easy" tag. All these meals were on the table In 30 minutes or less, which made these meals perfect for anyone with a hectic schedule.
One-Pan Santa Fe Pork Tacos
With four steps, these spicy tacos were the perfect quick meal. I did serve these with a side of salsa and chips to round out the meal a little bit. An added veggie such as poblano pepper zucchini spears would also be a great side to these tacos!
Chicken in Dijon Sauce
I never think of adding grapes to my salads, but this recipe has changed my mind! I did find that I needed to bake my chicken in the oven after searing to cook it through.
I also loved the crispy garlic bread that came with this meal!
One-Pot Spicy Coconut Curry Stir Fry
I LOVE curry so I was very excited when this recipe was on the menu for the week. I only added about half of the Sweet Tai Chili Sauce because I was worried it would be too spicy and it was perfect! To punch up the protein add a soft boiled egg.
