Life is short, but it feels pretty darn long when you're constantly tired during the day. I'm not a morning person, but I'm getting there, thanks to natural remedies. Wait, What? CBD? Broad Spectrum vs. Full Spectrum?

What I Tried:
I tried Sleep Drops and Calm Chews. It did take me a while to be consistent with the sleep drops. I would take them on and off for a bit. However, I decided it was time to stay consistent for a much better review. After taking them nightly for a week, I can honestly say that I noticed an improvement in staying asleep.
Disclaimer: Every now and then, I do listen to ASMR videos. Don't know what ASMR is? You're missing out. Now between relaxing sounds before bed and sleep drops, I fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep.
Being able to sleep through the night made it so much easier to hop out of bed, straight to the coffee maker, and then the shower. Now, onto the calm chews. I genuinely feel more relaxed after eating a calm chew. I did feel a little sleepy, though. (I weigh under 100 pounds, so things tend to affect me differently. So keep that in mind as you figure out how many drops you may need).
I'm at the point where I only like these chews for a relaxing Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon or evening spent at home. Also, I will note that these chews did not cure my teeth grinding, but I became very aware of it more often and was able to remind myself to release the tension. Kind of a strange (although good) occurrence, but I'm happy I was able to make a note of this several times after taking the chews.

I've never tried topicals, but this is what I would try if I wanted to test cannabinoids on sore muscles. I run and lift weights, which means my body is constantly trying to trick me into thinking it's rest day when I'm tired from lack of sleep (and soreness).
