As the United Kingdom and much of Europe continue to experience a record-breaking heatwave, Styles took to the stage at Wembley Stadium on Friday, June 26.

The concert was one of the latest stops in his 12-night residency at the iconic venue as part of his Together, Together tour.

Harry Styles Sparks Concern During Wembley Performance

While performing his fan-favorite "whale" move, in which he sprays water into the air from his mouth, Styles appeared to choke.

The 32-year-old then looked visibly uncomfortable before collapsing backward onto the stage.

He remained on his back for a few moments as he gathered himself before getting back to his feet and continuing the performance.

Videos of the incident quickly spread across social media, prompting concern from fans.

"Poor thing is probably having heat stroke," one user wrote on X.

Another fan who attended the concert added, "I actually had a heart attack while I was watching the live I really thought smth happened to him."

Singer Quickly Returned to the Stage

While on the floor, Styles appeared to cough several times while covering his mouth with a clenched fist.

He also briefly held his stomach and took several deep breaths as he appeared to regain his composure before continuing with the show.

Despite the scare, Styles returned to the stage the following night and remains scheduled to perform four more shows at Wembley Stadium.

The tour will then head to São Paulo, Brazil, for four concerts before moving on to six dates in Mexico City.

Between August 26 and October 31, Styles is scheduled to perform 30 shows at New York City's Madison Square Garden. All dates are scheduled to be supported by Jamie xx.

According to Ticketmaster, a record-breaking 11.5 million people registered for presale access to the Madison Square Garden concerts.

The tour will conclude in Australia with performances in Melbourne and Sydney, bringing the 2026 schedule to 50 shows across just seven cities worldwide.
