Hank Williams Jr. joins a list of established artists on Nash Icon Records.
Notorious country legend Hank Williams Jr. has inked a new record deal with Nash Icon Records. Nash Icon is a a joint venture between Big Machine Label Group and Cumulus Radio. The label hopes to bring popular and established artists back into mainstream country music.
"Country music singers have always been a real close family," Williams Jr. said in a press release. "I have done shows with Ronnie Dunn, recorded a hit record with Reba and absolutely love Martina McBride."
Williams Jr. also shared excitement about his upcoming project and the new opportunities that his deal with Nash Icon has provided.
"I am writing songs better than ever and am signed with a label that is already making history," Williams explained. "It's an exciting time!"
His upcoming release will be the 37th studio album of his five-decade long career.
