Court docs obtained by TMZ showed a photo of the Oscar winner taken by the teen. In it, she appears to be disheveled. But in her most recent filing, Berry says that the picture proves nothing. Her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, says that the photo is more evidence that "something happened" between the actress and Maceo.

Berry Says Photos Taken By Son Don't Prove Abuse

According to TMZ, Berry said that the photo shows her "standing calmly, hands in her pockets, several feet away from Maceo." She also added that "there's no picture showing any bruises, redness or injuries" that would back up any abuse claim being made against her.

In the filing, Berry also accuses her ex of omitting key details from the story to make her "look bad."

Martinez accused the Oscar winner of abusing their child. The filing states that last Sunday (September 26), Berry "physically abused" Maceo. By "jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck and choking him."  Berry has since been hit with a temporary restraining order. This prevents her from having contact with Maceo. Halle says that since Maceo has been out of her custody, his behavior at school has worsened.

The courts will have to decide if Halle and Olivier will go back to their shared custody arrangement. Or if Olivier will be granted full custody of Maceo. As they go through the legal proceedings, Olivier says that he wants his son to take the stand. To give his account of what happened.

"He should have the opportunity to have his voice heard regarding what he experienced that night," Martinez wrote in his declaration (via PEOPLE). "If he is prevented from addressing the Court regarding these allegations, I fear that he would be dissuaded from reporting problems or potential abuse in the future."
