Everyone has their own way to relax after a hard day at work. Some people like to pour themselves a glass of wine or whiskey to sip on while watching the latest Bachelor episode. Other people like to cross-stitch and eat a bowl of ice cream while watching a movie. Personally, I like to do both, and thanks to Häagen-Dazs' boozy ice cream line, I can do it all in one sitting.
Häagen-Dazs Announces new Rosé & Cream and Whiskey Hazelnut Latte Ice Cream
This week Häagen-Dazs announced two new ice creams joining their Häagen-Dazs Spirits Collection; Rosé & Cream and Whiskey Hazelnut Latte. Late-night chick-flick binges just got a whole lot tastier.
The first, Rosé & Cream, features a refreshingly pink rosé flavored swirl folded into wine-infused ice cream. The flavor is subtle and sweet with a surprising little sweetness. You could easily eat this ice cream mixture from the carton or add it to a glass of sparkling rosé to make it into a float.
The second is a new Whiskey Hazelnut Latte flavor, which features ribbons of hazelnut fudge and chocolate espresso flakes which are folded into whiskey-infused coffee ice cream. The coffee flavor is pronounced, with the whiskey hitting your tastebuds soon after.
I got the chance to try both of the new ice cream flavors, and let me tell you, I couldn't stop eating the new Whiskey Hazelnut Latte ice cream. I'm a sucker for coffee and whiskey, so this new flavor seemed like it was made just for me.
Along with Rosé & Cream and Whiskey Hazelnut Latte, the ice cream brand's boozy spirits collection includes Non-Dairy Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee, Bourbon Praline Pecan, Irish Cream Brownie, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Rum Tres Leches, and Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch. Each pint contains less than .5% of alcohol per volume. My personal favorites include the Irish cream brownie and bourbon vanilla bean truffle along with the two new flavors.
Look for these new ice creams to hit the grocery store soon!
