Guy Fieri’s California Home is Made for Family (and Lots of Foodie Friends)

Guy Fieri is one of the most intriguing chefs the food world has ever seen. He wears his personality - and his heart - on his sleeve, whether he's rolling up to a greasy spoon in Diners, Drive-ins and Dives or officiating Guy's Grocery Games. Whatever he's decided to tackle, you can bet he'll always bring a unique (and tasty) twist to the table - literally!

That same unconventional spirit led Fieri to turn his massive estate in Santa Rosa, California into the epicenter of his cooking empire. The Guy Fieri house, right outside the city limits of Flavortown, is more than just a place for Guy and his wife Lori and two sons to put down roots. The 6,000-square-foot mansion is undoubtedly where the Fieri family's heart is.

Showcased on his Food Network series Guy's Ranch Kitchen, where Guy hangs out with a veritable who's who of celebrity chefs, the rustic ranch has hosted everyone from Rocco DiSpirito to Marc Murphy, and all the big names in the food world. The ranch-style dwelling has come a long way from its humble beginnings, which led Guy and Lori to purchase it back in 1996.

From a "fixer-upper" proclaimed by Guy himself to a sprawling mecca for cooking, enjoying delicious meals, and spending time with friends, the Santa Rosa ranch has grown to be synonymous with Fieri fire. Here's a look at what the Fieri house has to offer.

Guy's inviting ranch home is a whopping mansion with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a custom dining area, several living rooms, and most importantly, a 1,000-square-foot kitchen. Decorated precisely to the Fieri family's specifications, every surface has been painted, according to the chef himself, and all the flooring pulled out to create the perfect place for Guy, Lori, and their two children Hunter and Ryder to hang out. Hardwood flooring, a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and other similarly natural decor give the ranch abode a lived-in feel, which Guy has worked hard to maintain over the 20 years the family has lived there.

But the focal point, as you'd imagine, is the kitchen. It attracts the entire family, a cornucopia of guest cooks, and offers plenty of amenities for anyone to whip up just about anything they could think of. Inside the kitchen, you'll find a huge grill, a wood-burning pizza oven, high-end ranges, and all the cooking tools you could possibly imagine. Calling it the "epicenter of great food", Fieri includes a variety of stand mixers, cooking tools, pots, pans, and everything Guy could ever need to whip up his signature dishes.

That's just the inside, though. Guy Fieri's house is even decked out on the outside, with a huge porch for the family to spend time eating their meals and to gaze at the rolling California hills. With a sparkling lake nearby, there's no shortage of beautiful scenery to take in. In addition, a swimming pool, patio, and massive bar and dining area round out everything there is to see outside - which there's a lot of. There's even a trampoline and basketball hoop for the kids, who still end up spending a lot of their time in the kitchen, whether it's for homework or quality time chatting (and dining) as a family.

And the ranch moniker isn't just there for show. The hilltop dwelling has many acres of land surrounding it, where Guy keeps chickens, goats, and other farm animals. Fresh eggs? You bet, even if Guy famously dislikes egg dishes.

Guy Fieri's California ranch and kitchen is a sprawling monument to the chef, critic, and restauranteur's legacy. From top to bottom, it's all about making delicious food, spending time with family, and enjoying life, taking each day as it comes. And as Fieri might say, it's pretty "bomb-dot-com".
