Described as an "online content creator," 23-year-old Kelli Todford from New Hampshire was arrested after allegedly urinating on food and filming it. Police investigation revealed that Todford had recorded similar videos, dating back to 2021.

The Keene Police Department in New Hampshire issued a
press release, confirming that Tedford was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. Police received an anonymous report on February 14, detailing that Todford had posted videos online showing contaminating grocery items with her urine.When investigating the case, Keene Police found "numerous additional videos" of Tedford. Reportedly, Tedford has an alleged history of carrying out urine contamination throughout several communities, including Keene. Moreover, some of the videos recorded by Keli Todford appear to be recorded as early as 2021.
As a result of the most recent contamination, the Monadnock Food Co-Op where the alleged contamination took place reported a financial loss of $1,500 after disposing of the contaminated product and cleaning the area. Tedford was arrested on February 21 and was charged with criminal mischief, a class B felony. If convicted, Tedford could face 3.5 to 7 years in prison, according to Russman Law.
Tedford has since been released from jail after posting bail and her arraignment is scheduled for April 7, 2025, in the 8th Circuit Court, Keene, New Hampshire.
Product Recall
Monadnock Food Co-Op would issue a recall notification on February 21, the same day that Kelli Todford was arrested.
"We were informed by the Keene Police Department of an incident on February 10 where an individual attempted to contaminate products in our store with their urine," the notification reads.
"Upon notification from law enforcement, we immediately reviewed store video, identified affected products, removed them from our shelves and sanitized all surfaces. We also reached out to members who purchased at-risk products."
The grocery store stated that the "community's health and safety" are their top priorities. Furthermore, they shared that the Keene Health Department confirmed that "no ongoing risks remain."
The store confirmed that no "fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods or refrigerated products were affected." However, Monadnock Food Co-Op issued a voluntary recall of the following products, purchased between February 10 and February 15:

- Organic White Quinoa PLU 301
- Organic Tri-Color Quinoa PLU 312
- Organic Cornmeal PLU 308
- Organic Polenta PLU 310
- Organic Coconut Shreds PLU 403
- Raw Walnuts PLU 160
The store asked for anyone who had purchased the product to dispose of it. Any buyers of the products listed above will receive a refund.
