Green Mango Smoothie

This Green Mango Smoothie is so tasty, you'll forget it's super healthy. Serve this up along with a side of toast or an egg.

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


  • In a blender add the spinach, mango, yogurt, water, ginger and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and serve.


A little ginger goes a long way in this drink!
You can use fresh mango and add a cup of ice to the mixture.
