Since he was a teenager, the Grammy winner has sold out arenas and stadiums across the globe.
Given that, it was quite the surprise when the "Sorry" singer arrived at the rugged MacArthur Park in Los Angeles and delivered a free live show.
Video footage shows Bieber, 32, and a couple of guitarists performing in the infamous park in broad daylight.
KTLA reported that the impromptu show occurred around 1:45 PM. He is believed to have performed hits "SPEED DEMON," "ALL I CAN TAKE" and "Yukon," as well as unreleased songs.
The pop-up show in Los Angeles comes months after the two-time Grammy winner returned to the stage. In May, the 32-year-old singer played an invite-only show at The Roxy in West Hollywood, his first full-length U.S. concert in nearly four years, according to Rolling Stone.
The private show boasted a 25-song set, comprised entirely of songs from Bieber's two 2025 albums, Swag and Swag II, Setlist.fm reported.
Weeks later, Bieber headlined Coachella for the first time. Bieber opened his 90-minute headlining set with 11 tracks from Swag and Swag II, Forbes reported.
The Def Jam artist also brought out The Kid LAROI, Tems, WizKid, Dijon, and Mk.gee during his set.
Justin Bieber Holds Impromptu Public Concert
His performance at MacArthur Park was much more lowkey, drawing just a few spectators.
Frankly, social media users were surprised Bieber opted for such a sketchy area to perform.
"MacArthur Park?! He's more brave than I ever imagined," someone wrote on X.
"Should have zoomed out further to reveal his 50 person security team," another replied.
A California-based fan was disappointed that she missed the show, saying, "How does one get updated on these impromptu concerts??? I'm in the LA area this week and I'm so jealous."
"He's doing everything but launching a tour," one user joked.
For Bieber, this may be his last intimate show for a while. The Canadian singer is rumored to headline the Super Bowl LXI halftime show.
Super Bowl LXI will be held on Valentine's Day at SoFi Stadium.
