Country music legend Garth Brooks will be the subject of an upcoming four-part TV special titled Garth: The Road I'm On. The show, which will focus on Brooks' career and personal life, is set to debut this winter as part of A&E's Biography Presents series. The program will feature interviews with Brooks himself, as well as his wife and fellow country star Trisha Yearwood and other people close to the family.
The TV show falls in line with one of Brooks' prior wishes. "If I was ever going to do a documentary on my life and music, I wanted A&E to do it," says Brooks, as reported by The Boot. "They have interviewed all the people who would know what the true stories are, so no matter how this turns out ... I can't say it isn't the truth."

Brooks, an all-around entertainer who's been juggling his record-breaking Stadium Tour with much more intimate dates on his Dive Bar Tour, appeared earlier this year in the CBS prime time television special Garth: Live at Notre Dame. That program chronicled his record-setting show at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana.
Garth: The Road I'm On is being produced by Film 45 and Endeavor Content.

Per its website, Biography Presents "offers a deep dive or a short take on the most captivating lives today" through "exclusive access and fresh perspectives. The series debuts in early 2020.
