Garth Brooks to Perform Song for Wife Trisha Yearwood During CMA Awards

Garth Brooks will perform a brand new song on the 2018 CMA Awards. During an episode of Inside Studio G on Facebook Live, the country star announced that he'll perform his upcoming single, which is dedicated to his wife Trisha Yearwood.

Brooks didn't share the title of the song, but he did give a clue that the song's initials are "S.T.M." The legendary performer said that not even Yearwood has heard the song yet. The live performance will be the first time he'll sing the tune for his wife.

"It's the most beautiful thing I've ever heard for a female or for someone that you love," Brooks said during Inside Studio G. "And of course I can't help but think of Ms. Yearwood, so I'm calling it Trisha's song."

The song will be sent to country radio on Nov. 15, the day after the CMA Awards.
