Garth Brooks Announces Minneapolis Tour Date for 2019 Stadium Tour

Garth Brooks has added Minneapolis, Minn. to his list of tour stops on his 2019 stadium tour. The legendary performer will play Bank Stadium on May 4 at 7 p.m. local time. Tickets for the show will go on sale on Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. CT.

This is the fifth tour stop Brooks has announced for the tour. Previously, the country superstar named St. Louis, Mo. as the first tour date, followed by Glendale, Ariz., Pittsburg, Pa. and Gainesville, Fla.

During a press conference in October, Brooks announced that he'll be embarking on a three-year stadium tour, making 10 to 12 stops a year.

It's been a busy year for the country star. On Oct. 20, Brooks became the first music act to headline Notre Dame Stadium in Notre Dame, Ind. The concert was broadcast on CBS on Dec. 2.

During the 2018 CMA Awards, Brooks performed his new single "Stronger Than Me," which he dedicated to his wife Trisha Yearwood.
