In footage obtained by the California Post, the former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver can be seen knocking a cell phone out of the hands of one of the teens. Reyes had pulled out his phone to record Bryant, which apparently displeased the former NFL star.

"I was really more so concerned about my children, you know, looking at their dad, you know, being on the ground with a gun pointed at me," Bryant later said of the police response to OutKick.
According to the California Post, the dispute occurred in the parking lot of a restaurant in Southlake, Texas. Bryant confronted 19-year-old Noah Reyes and his friend, 19-year-old Terrance Avery. He allegedly accused the two teens of "street racing" next to his vehicle on a nearby street.
Dez Bryant Cited After Altercation With Teens
Bryant has also claimed that Reyes threatened to shoot him during the dispute. Reyes and Avery dispute Bryant's account, and police said no firearms were recovered at the scene.
Dez is seen on video allegedly threatening Noah Reyes. You can hear him yelling at Terrance Avery to "get ya partner before I break him down," referring to Reyes.
Reyes tries to record Bryant during the altercation. However, the former Dallas Cowboys star knocks the phone out of the teenager's hand and assures him that he is "not playing" with him.
"I told him, you know, get the phone off me," Bryant said. "So what I ended up doing is I knocked the phone out of his hand."
Bryant then picked up the phone that belonged to Reyes, and Avery pleaded with Dez not to break the device. The 37-year-old then threw the phone on the ground. After Reyes got his phone back, Bryant once again tried to knock it out of his hand and threatened the teen.
"I'm fit to f**k these little mot*******ers up. Like real talk," Bryant can be heard saying in the footage.
The video also shows the former NFL star repeatedly calling Reyes a "b***h," while continuing to hurl threats toward him.
"I'll break you down, n—a," Bryant allegedly said. "Don't give a f—k about none of that."
Bryant also told the teens that he did not care if they got law enforcement involved.
"You think I give a f—k about that law?" Bryant allegedly said, according to the video. "No, I don't. Not at all. Because we're going to get them cameras and see who looks like an idiot."
Bryant Cited for Misdemeanor After Incident
However, things got even more chaotic when the police arrived at the scene. Police said several callers had reported a fight involving multiple people and a possible weapon, prompting officers to draw their firearms as a precaution. Several people, including Bryant, were temporarily detained.
Bryant was issued a citation for assault by contact, a Class C misdemeanor, a spokesperson from the Southlake Police Department told the California Post.
"I would rather you guys take us all down to the police station and do the proper investigation instead of just taking somebody else, you know, side," Bryant said. "I felt like it was very one-sided."
Reyes also told the outlet he plans to sue the former football star after allegedly sustaining a hand injury.
