According to In Touch, the Fleetwood Mac guitarist was targeted yet again by his serial stalker who he'd placed a temporary restraining order against.

On November 3, Buckingham was awoken by "nearly a dozen policepersons," he tells the outlet.

"When I answered the door, I was handcuffed and asked to step outside of my house. The reason given was that a 911 call had been received stating that my son William was in my house and [wanting to harm himself] and that the caller had heard gunshots," he recalls.

"After twenty minutes of the police searching my house and me outside in the cold handcuffed, I was let back into my house, shaken and fearful."

After realizing the calls were "fictitious," the guitarist was released. He later learned that the phone call that alerted police was traced back to his stalker.

Buckingham called the incident "the latest in an unabated pattern of harassment and threatening acts" made against him and his family.

The outlet reports that Buckingham's legal team is due back in court on December 20. They will argue for the temporary restraining order to be made permanent.

Lindsey Buckingham Has Been Targeted By A Stalker For Years

Buckingham and his family have been victim to Michelle, their stalker, since 2021.

According to Buckingham, the harassment began when Michelle got a hold of his wife's phone number. With it, she would spam call the family. She also reportedly left long and threatening messages, where she'd claim to be his daughter.

In 2022, police ordered her to stop harassing Buckingham and his family. And she seemed to do so.

It turns out that Michelle had also been calling his son, William, since 2021, and never stopped all those years. William never brought it up and ignored her calls. Until she reappeared and resumed her threatening activities this year.

September this year, Michelle appeared at one of Buckingham's homes. She had kickstarted her behavior once more by sticking picture collages of Lindsay's and Michelle's faces to the front of his mailbox.

Let's hope the legal action this time around will put a stop to her stalking and threatening behavior once and for all.
