The yearly poll was narrowed down from a pool of 64 towns each having their own set of unique and attractive appeals. If you're looking for incredible scenery, a growing tech scene and Southern charm, you'll want to head to Chattanooga, Tenn.

The town came out on the top of the list, describing it as a city's that's "all nitro cold brew and tech startups, like the love child of Nashville and Silicon Valley." If you love the cozy feel of a small town with lots of modern luxuries and trendy eateries, Chattanooga is one of the best places to call home.
The small town of Port Angeles, Wash. came in second place, thanks to its beautiful scenery and friendly atmosphere. Iowa City, Iowa, Eau Claire, Wis. and Glenwood Springs, Colo. rounded out the publication's top five.
