
Fig and Goat Cheese Toast
Looking for a fun and festive autumn appetizer to serve at your next social gathering? Try this Fig and Goat Cheese Toast.
Ingredients
- 8 slices multigrain bread, toasted
- 4 oz whipped goat cheese
- 4 figs, sliced
- fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- On each piece of toast, spread about 1/2 oz of goat cheese. Arrange figs on the goat cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Notes
Use small multigrain toasts to make this into bite-size appetizers.
