Fans Swoon as Morgan Wallen Debuts Brand New Track

Morgan Wallen has announced a new single, set to release very soon. Check out key details like the release date and even a live recording!

If you're anything like me, you've been biding your time for the next Morgan Wallen release.

Well, I have some wonderful news to share. He just debuted a brand new single in front of a roaring crowd in Baltimore. As reported by Whiskey Riff, he revealed it on July 17.

Before playing the song to fans, he gave a bit of backstory behind it. "I just had a few weeks off the tour so you all know me, I can't help but work a little bit," he mused. "I've been in the studio working on whatever's next."

He did however acknowledge that he wasn't sure about his next era exactly. But, he explained, "I do know that this song that I'm about to play right now is gonna be my very next single and it comes out on July 24."

The stadium erupted in cheers and screams and applause at the wonderful announcement!

Other than that, we know Wallen wrote this one alongside Charlie Handsome, John Byron, Blake Pendergrass, Rocky Block and Taylor Phillips. He announced its name as "Been By Now".

According to a video of the song posted on social media, the song appears to be about a rocky relationship. Give it a listen:

Some of the best lyrics are "If it was meant to be, we'd have been by now / We wouldn't have to keep trying to work that out". But, despite everything, they're "a breeze when the lights go down."

Of course, with a song as good as that, people were absolutely enamoured by it.
