If you're a nanny and looking for a sweet job, a family in Scotland have a unique opportunity waiting for you.
They are offering up a whopping $64,000 a year salary and almost a month's worth of vacation days. The nanny also gets their own room, bathroom and kitchen in their home. But there is a catch. The home is allegedly haunted.
According to the family's listing on Childcare.co, they first bought their home 10 years ago. At the time, they had heard stories about it's "haunted" history but kept an open mind about it. Unfortunately, some paranormal activities have made it hard to keep a nanny.
"5 nannies have left the role in the last year, each citing supernatural incidents as the reason, including strange noises, broken glass and furniture moving," the listing warns.
What's really weird about the situation is that the family says they have not witnessed any of the supernatural occurrences themselves. Apparently, the incidents only occur when the parents are away from home. But, since the parents spend the night away from home up to four nights a week, it's no wonder they have yet to see anything.
Whoever decides to stick it out will be caring for the couple's two children, ages 5 and 7. They will need to feed the children, help them with homework and get them ready for bed each night, along with protecting them from the supernatural, of course.
Since the listing first went up the latter part of May, the family received thousands of responses to it. According to The Mirror, even the CEO of the listing agency was shocked when he first saw the ad. However, it didn't take long to confirm that it was a legitimate listing.

"Some of the guys at HQ were skeptical, but after talking to the family and their previous employees, we realized it was a genuine position," he said.
Luckily, the family does say that none of their nannies received injuries in the home. But that is likely little consolation for whoever chooses to take on the challenge of nannying two children and an unfriendly ghost.
