Faith Hill is teaming up with Kellie Pickler and former Oprah producer Lisa Erspamer to develop a daytime television talk show set in Nashville. Hill will serve as an executive producer, and Kellie Pickler is set to host.
The show’s target audience is stay-at-home moms and younger women who are obsessed with scrolling through DIY projects, recipes and home design ideas through social media websites like Pinterest. Topics include cooking, home design, gardening and entertaining.
“I got to see firsthand how women live on Pinterest,” Erspamer told Billboard. “They’re looking at recipes and home design and all those types of things that make up a home and help you have a good quality of life. I felt like that type of show was really missing in daytime television.”
In the coming weeks, producers will pitch the program to major daytime channels with the hopes of earning an airdate in fall 2016 or 2017.
