When Ethan Hawke recently dropped in on NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote his new film Blaze, it devolved into a parody of The Highwaymen.
Hawke donned the familiar braids and guitar strap of Willie Nelson while Fallon resembled some unholy cross between Johnny Cash and Donny Osmond. Rounding out the quartet was the actor behind the film's eponymous singer/songwriter Blaze Foley, Ben Dickey, as Waylon Jennings and the film's Townes Van Zandt, Charlie Sexton, as Kris Kristofferson.
The cosplay version of the country supergroup performed "On the Road Again," highlighted by Dickey's quirky Waylon impression and Fallon's in-song explanation of multi-player game Fortnite.

Foley was one of the great songwriters of the '70s and '80s, penning the classic songs "If I Could Only Fly" and "Clay Pigeons." Although it's tempting to dismiss just about any Hollywood treatment of a historic character, the trailer and Light in the Attic's official soundtrack make the film seem beyond promising for fans of the legendary Austin, Texas-based country singer. The film came out around Texas on Aug. 17 and will arrive in select theaters throughout September.

The last man alive is the winner. It's sorta like Hunger Games meets Minecraft. It's, like, super fun
