Now, two giants of the music world, Eric Church, 47, and John Fogerty, 79, are getting together. They are rebooting a vintage Creedence Clearwater Revival song for "Up Around The Bend (Amazon Music Original)."

The tune is for NASCAR on Prime. It's sort of like the same sports-related concept as the Sunday Night Football theme, but this one is for auto racing.
Per Whiskey Riff, "The song will be available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music beginning Sunday, May 25th, and Eric also recorded a solo version that will premier the same day."
John Fogerty Wrote The Popular Song Decades Ago
Fogerty penned "Up Around The Bend" in 1970, just prior to the band's European tour. It appeared on the Cosmo's Factory album. The song was a Number 4 charting hit. It was certified platinum by the RIAA. People loved the lively tune which is now a treasured classic, so it's going to be a treat to hear how it has been retooled for this new purpose.
