"Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the "Choosin' Texas" singer and Tucker met through the music industry and mutual friends, and their relationship has been going on well before they were spotted together Tuesday night in Nashville," TMZ reported.
Langley and Wetmore were spotted together as they celebrated Ella's latest milestone for her mega-hit 'Choosin' Texas.' The track has now notched its 23rd week at the top of Billboard's Hot 100, breaking the all-time record in the process. For those of you wondering, Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas' was the previous record holder.
"The country music duo was seen leaving the NSAI Awards to celebrate her winning 'Song of the Year' with friends and artists during the 9th Annual Nashville Songwriter Awards at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday night," TMZ reported.
Wetmore and Langley appeared close during their outing, leaving countless fans questioning whether the couple has been an item.
Ella Langley Hasn't Confirmed the Relationship Herself
Despite TMZ's report, neither Langley nor Wetmore has confirmed the relationship. However, that doesn't mean the duo isn't an item. In fact, it's probably wise for them to get through the early phase of a relationship before going public. After all, once it's in the open, a whole new level of attention and scrutiny will follow.
Still, Langley's fans are both loyal and rabid. They'll want as many juicy details as they can possibly get. Nevertheless, they'll likely support the relationship wholeheartedly. After all, who wouldn't want Langley to be happy?
