Philadelphia Police have released the chilling footage on their YouTube channel. They have also posted about the incident on

social media. Authorities say the incident occurred at the intersection of 42nd and Girard Avenue at around 7 PM on March 10. In the video, the unnamed suspect in a silver 2016-17 model Honda Civic is seen leaning out of the window as they pass another vehicle. When the cars reach a set of traffic lights, the suspect appears to fire a single shot at the car next to him before speeding off.

Police pointed out that the Honda they were looking for had damaged the bodywork around the front wheels. The hub cap on the front passenger side is also missing.

Both Victims Are In A Stable Condition After The Road Rage Incident

According to the New York Post, the suspect fired their weapon multiple times. Two people were in the vehicle that was shot. A 20-year-old woman and a 15-year-old. The suspect reportedly shot the teen in the arm while a bullet grazed the woman across her chest. Emergency Services transported both victims to the hospital, and both are in a stable condition.

Police are appealing for witnesses and asking anyone with information to come forward.

This shooting is eerily similar to another incident that took place in Florida, although the victims weren't so lucky. An altercation between a group in an SUV and a couple in a Dodge Ram pickup truck turned deadly in Panama City on February 22.

The incident was caught on camera by another road user. The occupants of both vehicles were arguing at a crossroads. The pickup truck quickly pulls alongside the SUV, and the driver appears to fire 11 rounds into the SUV before turning left and driving away. Emergency Services transported two victims from the car to the hospital, but one died shortly after arriving.

Police caught the pickup truck after a brief chase and charged the occupants with a string of offenses, including murder and tampering with evidence.
