Double Rainbow Appears When Jelly Roll Sings "Hard Fought Hallelujah" On Stage

Jelly Roll has been openly Christian for a while, but recently, he's really upped the ante with his worship songs. Between "Hard Fought Hallelujah," "Amen," and "Only God Knows," many more fans are coming to realize just how devout a Christian the former rapper really is.

Well, during a recent concert, Jelly Roll sang "Hard Fought Hallelujah," his recent collaboration with Brandon Lake, who first released the song as a single in November 2024.

While he was singing, the clouds parted to allow a double rainbow to form. Those who know their Genesis will know that the rainbow has significance in Christianity. The rainbow is God's show of his promise to never flood the Earth again.

So as far as religious symbolism goes, the rainbow is a pretty big one. So a double rainbow is pretty astounding.

Jelly Roll shared a video of the event. The camera pans between a stunned Jelly Roll and the double rainbow. You may need to squint to see the second rainbow that sits above the vivid one.

"God is good, God is good, God is good," he captioned the video. He was so moved by the moment that he facetimed Brandon Lake after the show to tell him what happened.
