The network announced the upcoming interview in a press release on Monday. Fox News will air the interview during the FOX SUPER BOWL LIX PREGAME show on Sunday, February 9th at 3 PM/ET. The interview will be pre-taped and take place at Trump's home base of Mar-a-Lago.

Viewers can expect a range of questions. It's safe to say that the president has been active in his first few weeks as president. Trump has brought a sea of changes that supporters praise while critics have condemned. Immigration remains a major focus of the current administration. Meanwhile, tariffs on China, Canada, and Mexico have drawn criticism.

Trump Will Go On The Record

The interview will focus on some of these changes. You can expect the network to air additional pieces of the interview on February 10 on the Special Report with Bret Baier. The interview will give Trump a chance to the address the nation outside of social media.

Recently, Trump has been quite vocal on Truth Social, commenting on his tariff policy.

He wrote, "Anybody that's against Tariffs, including the Fake News Wall Street Journal, and Hedge Funds, is only against them because these people or entities are controlled by China, or other foreign or domestic companies. Anybody that loves and believes in the United States of America is in favor of Tariffs. They should have never ended, in favor of the Income Tax System, in 1913. The response to Tariffs has been FANTASTIC!"

However, Trump walked back the tariffs on Mexico in a follow-up on the account.

He wrote, "I just spoke with President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico. It was a very friendly conversation wherein she agreed to immediately supply 10,000 Mexican Soldiers on the Border separating Mexico and the United States. These soldiers will be specifically designated to stop the flow of fentanyl, and illegal migrants into our Country."

He continued, "We further agreed to immediately pause the anticipated tariffs for a one month period during which we will have negotiations headed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent, and Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and high-level Representatives of Mexico. I look forward to participating in those negotiations, with President Sheinbaum, as we attempt to achieve a "deal" between our two Countries."

So there will definitely be a lot to talk about!
