Donald Trump signed the prosthetic leg of a wounded veteran in the most Donald Trump way. Performatively, and while the markets crash.

A couple of days ago, Donald Trump signed even more executive orders (this time about education). While doing this, he invited a group of wounded veterans into the Oval Office. Gathered in their MAGA hats, they spent some quality time with the president.
During this event, Sarah Verardo, the wife of one of those wounded soldiers, spoke on some challenges her husband faced under the previous administration regarding healthcare. As she regaled the president on their trials, he noticed a particular prosthetic leg.
In a video that's been shared online, you can watch as Donald Trump asks about the picture on his leg. "Who's that picture on there?" he asked, noticing a familiar face. On the prosthetic leg was a photo of Joe Biden, but the veteran quickly explains why.
Answering the president, the veteran said, "That is Joe Biden, and it says 'Let's go Brandon.'" Understanding the reference, everyone laughed.
For those unfamiliar, "Let's go Brandon," these days, means "f--k Joe Biden." The phrase was coined after a reporter misheard a NASCAR crowd's chants back in 2021.
Considering what the veteran had on his prosthetic leg, Donald Trump was more than happy to sign it.
Donald Trump Signs Right Over Joe Biden's Face
In another video, a little later on, a friend of the veteran was determined to get Donald Trump to sign the prosthetic leg. He took the leg from his friend and presented it to Donald Trump.
The moment the president recognized what it was, he said, "Put it right on there," motioning to his desk. He then proceeded to mock the previous president.
"I can't stand this guy," he hissed. "You know why? Because he did a rotten job. He should have never been president. And with this pen it will never, ever come off. Put it right over his mouth, which he didn't use very well."
Everyone found the exchange hilarious as he signed over Joe Biden's face.
This isn't the first prosthetic leg signing we've had around these parts, however. As as far as they go, this one doesn't stand up to Keith Urban's.
