Sometimes people behave inexplicably for a variety of reasons. They might be blowing off steam. Maybe they are experiencing a mental health issue. Or they could just be having some innocent fun. Whatever the explanation, folks did notice former CNN star Don Lemon acting oddly in the subway recently. They're now concerned about his well-being. His weird antics were captured on a social media video that has garnered 180,000 hits, per The U.S. Sun. Per the outlet, "...[T]he ex-anchor was seen knocking on the windows of trains before appearing to run after one in a New York City station."

Don Lemon Was Apparently Knocking On The Windows Of Trains Showing Some Passengers Cartoons, And Even Running After Trains
People did not know what to make of Don Lemon's antics. They were seemingly either baffled, concerned, or, in a single word, cringing.
According to the outlet, reactions to what he was doing ran the entire gamut. "'Serious question... have you lost your mind?' one TikToker asked. A critic described his actions as 'cringe' while others wondered if Lemon had 'lost the plot.'"
Some were anxious about his safety. And a few even welcomed the apparent dose of levity from Lemon in these highly fraught times.
Lemon's Outspoken Comments Seemingly Led To His Ouster From CNN
The former anchor was let go by CNN in April of 2023, ending his 17-year stint there. Lemon had controversially observed that Nikki Haley "was not 'in her prime'" when she was vying for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination last year. He then had a spat with then co-anchor Poppy Harlow about his opinion.
Lemon asserted that he did not see his elimination from CNN coming. The network's top brass reportedly insisted otherwise, however.
There Was Yet Another Upheaval In Lemon's Career
A little more than a year ago, Lemon was slated to have a show on X, formerly known as Twitter. A few months later, Elon Musk evidently nixed that deal. That decision came after Lemon interviewed Musk. Lemon said per The U.S. Sun that "Elon Musk has canceled the partnership I had with X. There were no restrictions on the interview that he willingly agreed to, and my questions were respectful and wide ranging, covering everything from SpaceX to the presidential election. We had a good conversation. Clearly, he felt differently."
