Dolly Parton's sister Frieda is speaking out amid the family drama following the country music singer's death back in August.

Parton designed She's Alive LLC (SAL) to protect her legacy and assets after her death. So it came as a major surprise when the entity sued her nephew and former head of security, Bryan Seaver—less than a month after her passing.
The lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday (September 22), alleged that Seaver threatened to taint the country music icon's legacy. It also alleged that Seaver made violent threats against several of the estate's employees.

However, in a statement shared on Frieda's social media account on Wednesday, she insists that there is no friction within the family.
"Hi, I'll say this and this only: there is no feud within our family. No one among the Parton/Owens family is fighting over Dolly's estate," she wrote. "We all love Bryan, just as we love each other. I love you all!!"
The lawsuit came less than a week removed from Bryan being terminated. After he served as his aunt's head of security for more than two decades.
According to a Monday (September 21) report from TMZ, Seaver received the notice last Wednesday (September 16). The letter notified him that he and his security companies have been "immediately dismissed" from all of Parton's properties. The outlet noted that the move was part of an "escalating war" over the "Jolene" creator's estate.
