Dolly Parton has always been known for her charitable work. She's simply a legend in that regard (and many others, in fairness). Her work with the Imagination Library as well as her wider Dollywood Foundation is simply breathtaking.
In case you aren't aware, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is an organization that gives millions of books to children for free in the pursuit of literacy for all.
And it looks like we aren't the only ones to see that her work is truly impactful. That's because, as part of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's tying the knot, they've donated a neat $2 million sum to her project. As reported by iHeart Country, she thanked them in a pretty heartfelt video posted on social media.
"Taylor and Travis, it's Dolly, and I was just told that you two were making a donation of $2 million to my Imagination Library. I'm blown away and overjoyed with that gratitude."

Dolly Parton Asked for Their Firstborn Child; No, Really!
In classic Dolly Parton fashion, she was quick to add some humor to the heartfelt thank you. "Now, it's evident that you have made giving back a key part of your lives, so hey, when you have your firstborn, can I have it? because that is gonna be one special baby!"
She added, "You know the mission of the Dollywood Foundation is to dream more, care more, learn more, and be more, and thank you again for your very generous gift. And we'll continue that mission in even bigger ways now with your money."
She signed off the thank-you post by saying, "So thank you, and know that I will always love you."
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Donated $26 Million in Total
But that $2 million that Dolly Parton got was only a fraction of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's charitable donations.
All in all, the sum totaled up to be around $26 million. They were keen to also support another country music singer's charitable work.
They supported Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley's The Store non-profit with a "transformative gift." The Store is an initiative that allows for families with food insecurity to shop for free groceries "with empathy, dignity, and respect."
Good on them for giving back to the community in such a massive way!
