But amid his recent troubles while in federal lockup, he has been transferred out of the facility. He will now spend the remainder of his sentence at Allenwood Federal Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania. This is about 292 miles away from Fort Dix.
Diddy Transferred to New Facility Amid Reported Issues At Fort Dix
Combs rep Juda Engelmayer confirmed that the Bad Boy Records founder was transferred out of Fort Dix. In a statement to the outlet.
"We appreciate the Bureau of Prisons taking the safety and security of Sean and everyone involved seriously," Engelmayer said. "His transfer from one low-security facility to another is an important distinction, and while we cannot speak to the BOP's specific reasons for the move, it is consistent with a decision made with safety and security in mind. We are grateful for the attention being given to his well-being and hope he can continue serving his time without unnecessary disruption.
Combs' transfer comes after an October NBC News report detailed allegations that the music mogul was enjoying a "pampered" lifestyle in federal lock-up. One that included possessing a contraband cell phone, illegally obtaining liquor from prison guards, receiving deep-tissue massages, and paying other inmates to cook, clean, and do his laundry. He was also in an alleged fight with a Jamaican drug lord and had to be rushed to the emergency room as a result.
Diddy has been behind bars since September 2024. He was arrested on a slew of federal charges. These included trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution. The music mogul was able to evade the more serious charges of trafficking and racketeering. However, in May 2025, he was found guilty of interstate prostitution. The following October, he received a 50-month prison sentence. He is scheduled to be released in March 2028.
