President Donald Trump's senior counsel Leo Terrell shared that he had to evacuate the Department of Justice building. Despite his high ranking position, Terrell is also currently in the dark on why the evacuation. So far, authorities haven't issued a statement on the evacuation.

"We don't know why the building is being evacuated; they say it's an emergency order," said Terrell in

Meanwhile, RawAlerts also shared a report outside of the Department of Justice building.

It wrote, "At this time numerous people inside the Department of Justice building in Washington, D.C., are being evacuated due to an unknown threat. Multiple emergency crews, including law enforcement and specialized response units, are on the scene assessing the situation. Authorities have not yet released details regarding the nature of the threat or any potential risks to the surrounding area. This situation is still developing."

Meanwhile, others commented on the evacuation. They speculated why the evacuation is going on. Again, this is just people speculating and shouldn't be taken as fact.

Speculation On Department Of Justice Evacuation

One person on X said, "Evacuate, then when people come back they'll find officers by their desks saying they've been fired. That's my conspiracy theory, and I'm sticking to it."

Another person commented, "Someone probably left a trail they need to clean up. Sounds super fishy."

"One thing I can guarantee .. MAGA is not responsible for the disruption. I wonder who could be?" wrote another.

Yet another wrote, "A few sheets of paper didn't get shredded before y'all got there.... Gotta hide the evidence."

"The left is pulling their anti American tricks again trying to keep you guys from doing the people's work," another wrote.

"Bomb threat probably. Democrats are violent people, " yet another wrote.

The evacuation comes just a day after the Department of Justice fired over a dozen staff members who worked on charges against Trump.

"Today, Acting Attorney General James McHenry terminated the employment of a number of DOJ officials who played a significant role in prosecuting President Trump," said a statement from a Justice Department official.
