In case you already weren't aware, country singer Zach Bryan just got married. In an Instagram post on Thursday, Bryan shared that he'd married his girlfriend, Samantha Leonard. The couple has only been publicly linked for about five months.
Bryan and Leonard were first speculated to be dating in August of this year, but made things official in October. Bryan wished Samantha a happy 28th birthday on social media, hard-launching their relationship. "From bull runs to the bullsh**," he wrote. "Today is your birthday, and I love you, Samantha Marie."
Some fans were happy for Bryan, but many noticed right off the bat that Samantha seems to bear a striking resemblance to Brianna Chickenfry, the girl that Zach dated before her. Another person who noticed was Dave Portnoy, who co-hosts Barstool Sports with Brianna. Portnoy has been known to come to Brianna's defense, so of course, he had something to say about the wedding.
In response to an article written by TMZ, Portnoy tweeted, "There ain't no way that ain't a Brianna robot. Ain't no way."
On Instagram, Zach accompanied a picture of him and Samantha with a cover of him singing "Tougher Than the Rest" By Bruce Springsteen. Leonard also posted on social media, sharing a photo of the two being wed in a church. She captioned her post, "forever xx."

Brianna Chickenfry and Zach Bryan broke up in October of 2024, after over a year of being together. Bryan announced the breakup via Instagram story, but Brianna told fans she felt "blindsided" by the news. Not long after, news broke that Bryan had offered Brianna $12.9 million to sign an NDA. This would force her to remain silent about the details of their relationship. She refused.
When Bryan started dating Samantha not long after, Brianna addressed some of her fans' comments about the obvious similarities between her and Leonard on her podcast, Plan Bri Uncut. "People are like, 'Are you creeped out? Are you mad? Are you annoyed?'" Chickenfry said. "I am flattered, to be honest, but I dyed my hair so that people stop sending me every single picture that he posts of her."
In the fall of this year, Brianna decided to join Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, a reality show that follows celebrities as they undergo military-level training. She explained that her decision to join had a lot to do with the year she'd had and her desire to get back to that stronger version of herself.
"I'm doing the course because I've had a really tough year," she shared during her episode. "I was in a very public relationship. It ended really badly. I don't really know exactly who I am, and it will teach me a lot about myself."
"From what I've experienced, I think women get steamrolled a lot, and they get put in corners, I used to be very strong. I don't want to give anyone power over me. I really want to take control, and if I make it, it's because I did it."
