The tour manager for red dirt band the Damn Quails has been found "safe and without injury" in Colorado Springs, Co. after disappearing from a show in Houston, Texas over the weekend.
Colin Deyalsingh had been missing since 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 19 when he vanished from the Firehouse Saloon shortly before the Damn Quails were scheduled to perform. All of his personal items had been left behind with no explanation of his sudden disappearance.
On March 22, Deyalsingh's sister shared on Facebook that she had received a voicemail from someone claiming to be her brother who said he was in Colorado Springs, but the call did not come from Deyalsingh's cell phone.
An hour and a half later, the Damn Quails shared a message on their official Facebook page stating that their tour manager had indeed been found in Colorado.
"He has spoken to members of the team, and we have a person with him at this point," the band's message states. "He is currently safe and without injury. We do not know any of the circumstances that led Colin to Colorado, and we do not know anything further at this time. This is not our story to tell, and any further information about this will have to come from Colin and his family."
It is still unclear how and why Deyalsingh arrived in Colorado Springs.
