Add some spice to your lunch with the addition of curry powder in this chicken salad sandwich. Just add a side of pickles and chips!

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve on whole wheat bread with toppings of choice.


Bake some chicken from the night before? Shred the chicken for a quick leftover lunch.
