‘Cruel Intentions’ Star Shared a Sweet Travel Post Before Arrest Over Alleged Flight Attendant Attack

"I have been busy. I miss you,” she wrote in the post.

Before Selma Blair was arrested after allegedly attacking a flight attendant, the Cruel Intentions star reportedly shared a sweet travel post.

The 54-year-old Hellboy star is facing serious allegations following her arrest after the fateful Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York. She reportedly attempted to open the plane's door while in flight. Blair allegedly punched one attendant and bit another who tried to stop her before things were brought under control.

The veteran actress was reportedly arrested after the plane landed in New York.

However, Blair, who starred in 1998's Cruel Intentions alongside Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Michelle Gellar, seemed to go into the now infamous flight with nothing but good intentions...

Just before the flight, Blair took to Instagram, seemingly right from her plane seat. "From LA to New Mexico to LA to NYC to LA, Scout and I have been busy. I miss you," she wrote alongside a series of shots of selfies, her adorable pooch Scout, and scenic footage of flying from the window seat.

The poignant post was backed by the dreamy Pixies tune "Wave of Mutilation."

Despite the headlines, Blair (who was publicly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018) had the support of her fans in the comments section.

"She deserves grace and compassion. Love and support," one top comment read.

"Sending you love right now. Those of us with chronic illness get it. You don't have to explain it to us.... We just want you to feel better. Even if that seems impossible right now," another fan wrote.

"I feel bad for that sweet dog," a third onlooker offered.

Selma Blair's Lawyer Offers Up Explanation For Alleged Flight Attendant Attack

Meanwhile, her attorney, Shawn Barnes, offered an explanation for the reported incident.

"This was not an intentional assault," Barnes told The New York Post. "Ms. Blair missed several doses of... a powerful medication that controls severe neurological symptoms. Ms. Blair boarded this flight after being on set and working extensive hours and exhaustive hours in the days leading up to this flight."

"Additionally, at one point during the flight, there was an incident where Ms. Blair actually fell and hit her head," Barnes claimed. "These factors, coupled with the altitude, resulted in a state of severe confusion and disorientation."

Blair is reportedly in stable condition following the incident. It's unclear what charges, if any, the actresses may face.
