Creepy Crawly Monster Eyeballs
These spooky monster eyeball skewers make fabulous horror d'�"uvres for any Halloween party or for a lunchbox on October 31!
Ingredients
- 8 bananas
- 1 jar nutella
- 10 crepes (Store bought or make your own)
- 1 package candy eyes
- 20 Skewers
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut into 2-inch segments.
- Spread thin layer of Nutella on each crepe, then cut into strips 2 inches wide. Pizza cutters work great for this.
- Wrap each banana with one or two strips of crepe, then slide onto skewers to help hold the shape. Two rolls per skewer.
- Add candy eyeballs.
Notes
If you can't find candy eyes, they're easy to make with melted white chocolate and a piping bag. To mix things up, try with peanut butter instead of Nutella.
