Cranberry Pumpkin Moonshine

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups Everclear
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka


  • In a saucepan mix together the apple cider, cranberry juice, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and dried cranberries. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • When cooled, add in the everclear and whipped cream vodka. Pour through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheese cloth and pour into mason jars. Place the lids on and let moonshine chill for 1 month in the fridge. Serve with fresh cranberries.


This moonshine takes a while to chill so make sure to make it well in advance.
